The “Related Persons" service is an analytical tool, one which allows a company to be assessed, alongside its legal bonds with other companies and their owners.
With this service one can, for example, analyse any previous more-or-less successful business history for each company, the situation regarding previously managed companies, and the opportunity to detect companies which delay the payment of taxes, delay the timely fulfilment of invoices, undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, or which are already bankrupt, and other forms of useful information about potential or existing cooperation partners.
The service has extensive data retrieval capabilities, so it is possible to analyse data quickly and easily by selecting exactly what is important to you. For example, the data can be analysed by selecting it: by shareholders, officials, addresses, company status, polarity, shareholding, historical activity for a specific time period, or interested year intervals, as well as using other data fields.
