Within the borrower’s income, reference is included to the Maintenance Guarantee Fund information about personal debts with the Maintenance Guarantee Fund, i.e. unpaid alimony fees for which payments have been made by the Maintenance Guarantee Fund to the responsible parent of the child in question.
The reference includes the following:
- The value of the principal debt
- Any accrued interest payments
- The returned value of any debt
The KIB may issue the Maintenance Guarantee Fund reference to credit institutions, any branches of credit institutions, corporations which provide lending and financial leasing services, insurance companies, and the providers of electronic communications services, with such a reference including information regarding the debtor with whom they are establishing or amending contractual obligations.
